the investigating team will assume all reponsibility for proper releases of information from the property owners. no information about the investigation will be released unless you have approved the public release of said information. further, we wil assume all resonsilbility of our personal safety and the location itself, and agree to hold you or the owner free from any and all liability in case of damages.
